Setup
This asset comes with the License Manager. You can add it to your world and try it right away, but you must validate your product license with the License Manager before you can publish your world.
The Bouncer System is a simple door gate: every player is either verified or not, and some players can also be given security privileges so they can verify or unverify others. There are no named roles and no keypad — just one on/off gate and one on/off privilege. If you need roles, a hierarchy or a password keypad, see the Security System instead.
Adding It to Your World
- Locate the prefab: In your Project window, find the
BouncerSystemprefab underBouncerSystem. - Drag it into your scene: Drop it into your scene hierarchy and position the player-list panel where you'd like staff to use it.
Everything the system needs is wired together on the main BS_BouncerSystem object:
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Players | BS_PlayersManagement — the synced list of every tracked player. |
| Game Objects | BS_GameObjectsManagement — the objects shown/hidden by state (see Settings). |
| Notifications | BS_NotificationsManagement — optional, see Notifications. |
| Config UI | The shared theme (BS_ConfigUI), set once for every panel. See Panel & Theme. |
| Bouncer Panels | Every player-list panel (BS_BouncerUI) in the world. See Multiple Panels. |
| Interactions UI | BS_InteractionsUI — the actions that aren't tied to one panel (security toggle, sort toggle, per-player buttons). |
| Player Tags | BS_PlayerTags — optional, see Player Tags. |
Only the Bouncer Panels list needs attention when you add another panel. Everything else is pushed into each panel automatically when the world loads.
Who Starts As Security?
Nobody is security by default. Permanent security comes from the Instance Owner shortcut and/or Security entries on the Whitelist (typed in the Inspector or fetched from a URL) — see Settings. Once someone has security, they can grant it temporarily to others, and verify or unverify players, from the panel.
