UI Configuration

  • Lite (SBL_SpinBottleGame) and Normal (SB_SpinBottleGame) both drive the same shared table UI script, SB_SpinBottleGameUI — the sentence labels around the table, the display panel, and the "whose turn" name label. It has no colors or styling exposed in the Inspector; its fields are just the text/label references already wired on the included prefabs, so there's nothing to configure here for either version.
  • Normal only: the game menu and players panel (join list, lock state) have a full color theme through SB_ConfigUI. Lite has none of this — no theming layer, no players panel — since it has no player join/lock feature at all. See Players Management.

Theme Colors (SB_ConfigUI) — Normal only

Rather than one color field per UI element, the Normal version uses a small semantic palette: a handful of named colors here, which every themed panel (the game menu, the players panel, and each player card) picks up by reference. Changing a color on this page updates every element using it at once.

Theme Colors

  • Primary Color: The game's main accent color.
  • Secondary Color: The game's secondary accent color.
  • Background Color: The background color used by themed panels.

Lock State Colors

  • Locked Color: Applied to the lock-state elements while the game is locked.
  • Unlocked Color: Applied to the lock-state elements while the game is unlocked.

Player Card Settings

  • Card Has Border: When enabled, each player card shows its border image.
  • Card Has Background: When enabled, each player card shows its background image.
  • Icon: A sprite shown on a card to mark its player as the owner. Only the owner's card shows this icon.
  • Owner Color: The tint applied to that owner icon.

The locked/unlocked label text itself (Locked / Unlocked) comes from the LOCKED_TEXT / UNLOCKED_TEXT constants in the shared SB_Config script, so change those directly in the file if you want different wording.

Button Colors

  • Button Background Color: The background color of the game menu's buttons.
  • Button Border Color: The border color of the game menu's buttons.
  • Button Text Color: The text color of the game menu's buttons.

Which elements use which color (Advanced)

Each themed panel keeps its own list of UI elements (Image/TextMeshProUGUI, anything that is a Graphic) per color role, and applies the matching SB_ConfigUI color to all of them:

  • SB_GameMenuUI (the game menu panel): Background Color Elements, Primary Color Elements, and Secondary Color Elements lists.
  • SB_PlayersManagementUI (the players panel): Background Color Elements, Primary Color Elements, Secondary Color Elements, and Locked State Elements lists.
  • SB_PlayerCard (one card per player): Secondary Color Elements, Background Color Elements, and Primary Color Elements lists, plus the dedicated background/border/icon images described above.
  • SB_ButtonUI (one component per game menu button — Enter, Exit, Lock, Reroll, Reset): applies Button Background Color, Button Border Color and Button Text Color to its own Background, Border and Text references.

These lists are already populated on the included prefabs. Only edit them if you're customizing a panel's layout and need a new element to pick up one of the theme colors — drag it into the matching list rather than adding a new color field.
